  • Order Pause: Lunch orders must be paused Two days before
  • Delivery Window: Lunches will be picked from the home between 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and delivered to your office between 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
  • Delivery Days: Our service operates for 25 days, for Sunday and Public holidays If user wants service will be extra charges.

  • Order Placement: Users must place lunch orders through the mobile application before the specified order deadline.
  • Meal Preparation: The user's homemade lunch is prepared at their home address.

  • Delivery: The Delivery Team will promptly transport the lunch to the user's office address within the specified delivery window.
  • Contactless Delivery: We offer contactless delivery to ensure safety and convenience. Our delivery personnel will follow health and safety protocols during the drop-off.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may apply based on your location and the distance between your home and office addresses. These charges will be clearly communicated during the order placement process.
